Provide support to the customers
Work directly with suppliers
Book, change, cancel reservations
Solve requests and issues
Provide customer service with general questions
Work with various systems
Work with financial data
Maintain good level of performance

Požadavky
Fluent proficiency & comprehension in English and Italian/French/German
Customer service experience (travel industry preferred)
Customer oriented
Excellent communications skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
