CS Professional with French - tourism

Would you like to use languages on daily basis? Do you have passion for customer service? 

We are currently looking for enthousiastic candidates with fluent French to:

•Provide support to the customers
•Work directly with suppliers 
•Book, change, cancel reservations 
•Solve requests and issues 
•Provide customer service with general questions 
•Work with various systems 
•Work with financial data 
•Maintain good level of performance 

Start: ASAP (highly urgent)
2 weeks training
Fulltime/part time position

Požadavky
•Fluent proficiency & comprehension in English and French
•Customer service experience (travel industry preferred)
•Customer oriented
•Excellent communications skills 
•Highly organized and detail oriented
•Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
